Our team:
Keystone Electrical Services staff members are fully experienced in all facets of their fields. They present themselves in a professional safety conscious manner at all times and are fully OH&S accredited. Staff members, equipment and vehicles are fully insured.
Occasionally we also employ the services of sub-contractors who are also fully qualified and insured in their own areas of work.

Ordering services:
When our services are required, just telephone our office and talk to one of our friendly staff members. Include details such as; works required and priority, your name and your company’s name, the site address, official order number (if any) and a contact phone number.
We find it also helpful to you and us, if a work / purchase order can be forwarded to us prior to work commencement by way of fax, email or by post, detailing all works to be carried out.
All urgent works have priority and will be attended as soon as possible. Non urgent work is usually carried out in less then 48 hours of ordering, but may be delayed due to unforseen circumstances such as material availability. In this event, the person or persons concerned will be notified.

Quotations:
All quotations are provided free of charge and calculated by a senior employee of Keystone Electrical Services.
If an alteration to the quotation is warranted, a revised quotation will be forwarded to the person(s) concerned. Any alterations or changes made to a quotation by you must be forwarded to Keystone Maintenance and Electrical Pty Ltd prior to or during work commencement.
Quotations provided expire 28 days from presentation to client

Pricing Structure:
Our pricing structure is based on an hourly rate per tradesperson in attendance except on occasions where a quotation has been provided.
Billing time is calculated in increments of 0.5 hours. An initial service fee does apply per attendance to site. Material costs, hire of additional plant equipment and parking fees etc, will incur additional charges. Shop time and / or organisation of works may be included.

Product Warranty
All products attract a 90 day general manufacturing warranty from the installation date unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not include damage or misuse of the product concerned.

Labour Warranty
All labour has a general 12 months warranty from the date of work completion. All labour warranty is void if damage or misuse of associated materials involved in works are present.

Payment
Payment is required at the completion of works except where a prior arrangement has been authorised.

Credit Card payments
Credit card payments will attract and additional fee of 2% on the total cost of the invoice price.
